Em 2024 apresentou o espetáculo América Negra com apoio da Lei Paulo Gustavo, por meio do Ministério da Cultura do Brasil e da Secretaria de Estado de Cultura e Economia Criativa do Rio de Janeiro. No mesmo ano lançou, no Teatro SESI-FIRJAN, o videoclipe Versando com Paulo Lins, fruto de parceria com o Sistema FIRJAN após seleção do projeto América Negra em edital público.
Em 2025, o espetáculo América Negra Vol. 01 percorreu diversos teatros e unidades do Sesc, incluindo SESC São João de Meriti, SESC São Gonçalo, SESC Nova Friburgo, SESC Madureira, SESC Tijuca, SESC Nova Iguaçu e Arte Sesc – Aterro do Flamengo. Em 15 de maio de 2025, realizou a apresentação de encerramento da turnê no Sesc Pelourinho.
Com uma obra marcada pela valorização da cultura afro-brasileira, pela pesquisa musical e pela inovação instrumental, Wanderson Lemos consolida-se como um dos artistas independentes de maior relevância no diálogo entre música, memória e identidade no Brasil contemporâneo.
Wanderson Lemos é cantor, compositor e instrumentista brasileiro de carreira internacional. Criador do selo musical Crioula Fonográfica e dos instrumentos Tupinambá e Xamã, desenvolveu sua trajetória de forma autodidata, iniciando-se na música ainda na adolescência com um instrumento emprestado por um amigo da família.
Aos 13 anos, já alcançava destaque ao participar da final do Festival Estudantil, realizada no Teatro João Caetano. Em 2007 lançou seu primeiro álbum, Senzala, que marcou sua estreia em importantes emissoras brasileiras, como MPB FM, Rádio Roquette Pinto e Rádio Ipanema.
Em 2009 integrou o projeto Batucadas Brasileiras, dividindo palco com músicos como Armando Marçal Filho (Marçalzinho), Arthur Maia, Serginho Chiavazzoli, Ary Dias e Jorginho Gomes. Antes de iniciar sua primeira turnê internacional, lançou o EP Samba Alacarte (2010).
Após retornar de sua primeira turnê europeia, em 2012, iniciou a produção do álbum Giramundo, lançado em 2013 na Sala Baden Powell. Em 2015 apresentou o espetáculo O Couro Come no Teatro Municipal de Niterói. No ano seguinte integrou a programação oficial da Cidade Olímpica, durante os Jogos Olímpicos do Rio de Janeiro 2016.
Em março de 2019 concedeu entrevista ao vivo à RFI e, no mesmo ano, participou da Fête de la Musique, ampliando sua presença no circuito cultural europeu.
Em 2020 criou o projeto América Negra, dedicado à valorização de grandes personalidades negras da história e da cultura brasileira. Entre os trabalhos lançados estão Eu Sou Luiz Gama, América Negra, Carolina Maria de Jesus e Conceição Evaristo. Os videoclipes do projeto foram selecionados para festivais internacionais como The First-Time Filmmaker Showcase (Estados Unidos), Lift-Off Global Sessions (Estados Unidos), RENUAC (Chile), Gêneros e Performances (Portugal) e Festival RNAB (Brasil).
Em 2021 recebeu a Medalha Advogado Luiz Gama, concedida pela Associação dos Advogados Trabalhistas de São Paulo (AATSP). Na sequência do projeto América Negra, lançou o curta-metragem e a canção Conceição Evaristo.
Em 2023 foi selecionado em primeiro lugar para participar do MiCBR – Mercado das Indústrias Criativas do Brasil 2023, importante encontro nacional da economia criativa realizado em Belém.

Wanderson Lemos is a singer, composer, instrumentalist, music producer, creator of the Record Label Crioula Fonografica and designer of the instruments Tupinambá and Xamã.
Still a child in Padre Miguel, suburb from Rio de Janeiro, Wanderson Lemos began to be interested in music at school during flute classes but soon fell in love with the guitar. Self-taught in music, he started with an instrument borrowed from a family friend. At the age of 13 he was a finalist at the Student Festival at Teatro João Caetano, in Rio. This was the beginning of a promising career as a professional musician of tireless creativity and talent.
In a career that brings the release of 7 albums, several singles and many compositions, some performed by other artists, Wanderson Lemos keeps mixing sounds, rhythms, themes, influences and also influencing. His first international tour was in 2012, when he took the album Kurumí atã/Senzala for promotion, an album that had been circulating in Brazil since 2007 and already had been played on important brazilian radio stations.
Back in Brazil in 2013 he recorded the album Giramundo, an album that was released in theaters such as Municipal de Niterói, Carioca Music Reference Center and Sala Baden Powell among other also important theaters in Brazil. In 2015 he recorded the album “O couro come”. With this album Wanderson was pre-selected for the 2016 Brazilian Music Award, a feat that placed his music label, created in partnership with bassist Thiago Campos and journalist Aline Araújo, alongside renowned record labels of Brazil.
In 2017, he released the album “O Poderoso Chefão e a Cinderela do Subúrbio”, which led to a second tour to Europe.
In 2019, he started a project aimed entirely at honoring black icons, the project is called 'America Negra'. Wanderson has already released 3 clips of this project, “Eu sou Luiz Gama”, “América Negra” and “Carolina Maria de Jesus”, a clip that was selected for international festivals such as The Fist-time Filmmaker Showcase, Lift-off Global Sessions and Genders and Performances.

The person I am today is a nexus of facts, needs, dreams, studies, research and hard work, which started with my early shows where I performed other people’s work.
I dreamed of working with my own music and, based on the work of my greatest idols, idealized a structure which would enable my music to reach a wider audience.
I’ve worked in live shows, studios, national and international tours and in other areas that motivated me to coin the CRIOULA FONOGRÁFICA label where I would be able to create, organize and distribute my music and ideas.
The concept of independence induced me to research and practice the mixing, mastering and editing of audio, video and lighting, all of which I had been observing and absorbing from my previous works. I also learned graphic design which enabled me to familiarize with the digital design universe and allowed me to create the graphic design of my CD’s, performance flyers and their publishing in other media.
As I finished my album “O COURO COME” I felt the need to create an instrument more adequate to my compositions and performances and designed one which I called TUPINAMBÁ (www.dicionariotupiguarani.com.br/dicionario/tupinamba), built by the luthier Josemir Ribeiro (check out here: Instrumentos)
Later, in 2020, returning from an European tour, I designed a second instrument, the XAMÃ (Shaman - an indigenous spiritual leader - in Tupi language: PAJÉ)

In 2021, I was very honored to have been awarded with the Laywer LUIZ GAMA Institute's Medal by the São Paulo Labor Lawyers Association (AATSP) in memory of that brilliant lawyer, journalist and writer who was one of the main leaders and one of major names in the abolicionist movement in Brazil. The medal is awareded as a tribute to those who, by their professional, political and social acts, fought to ensure the black population an effective grant of equality of opportunities, the defense of ethic rights and the fight against discrimination and any other way of ethnic intolerance.

Wanderson Lemos est un chanteur et auteur-compositeur avec une carrière internationale. Créateur du label musical Crioula Fonográfica et des instruments Tupinamba et Xamã.
Enfant à Padre Miguel, dans la banlieue de Rio de Janeiro, Wanderson Lemos a commencé à s'intéresser à la musique dans les cours de flûte à l'école, mais il est vite tombé amoureux de la guitare. Autodidacte en musique, il débute avec un instrument emprunté à un ami de la famille, à l'âge de 13 ans il participe à la finale du Festival Étudiant du Teatro João Caetano, à Rio. C'était déjà le début d'une carrière prometteuse pour le musicien. musicien professionnel avec une créativité et un talent infatigables.
Dans une carrière qui comprend 7 albums sorties, plusieurs singles, clips et de nombreuses compositions (également interprétées par d'autres artistes), telles que : João Donato, Marcelo Amaro, Didi Assis, Karla da Silva, Wellington Luiz, Deco Ferreira, Arrastão Poliphônico, Keco Cardoso, Grupo Laço Forte, entre autres. Wanderson est toujours à la recherche d'innovation, se transforme et croit que l'art est un formidable outil de transformation sociale.
Avec son premier album sorti en 2007, "Senzala". Wanderson a fait ses débuts sur les radios bresiliennes. Le même album l'a amené à effectuer sa première tournée internationale en 2012, visitant des maisons au Portugal et en France.
En 2009, Wanderson Lemos a participé au projet Batucadas Brasileiras, où il a eu l'occasion de jouer avec de grands noms de la musique tels que : Armando Marçal Filho (Marçalzinho), Arthur Maia, Serginho Chiavazolli, Ary Dias (A cor do Som/La couleur du son) et Jorginho. Gomes (Novos Baianos / Les nouveaux Baianos).
Avant de partir pour sa première tournée, Wanderson Lemos enregistrera l'EP "Samba Alacarte", en 2010.
De retour de France en 2012, Wanderson commence à préparer l'album "Giramundo", album qui a vu la participation de musiciens tels que : Ary Dias (A cor do Som), aux percussions, Felipe Alves (le batteur actuel de Djavan), Thiago Campos, partenaire de tout le travail et qui a enregistré des morceaux d'artistes tels que: Preta Gil et Gal Costa. Helinho Marques (claviériste des groupes Cidade Negra et Marcelo Falcão), aux claviers et le jeune et prometteur Philipe Reis à la guitare. L'album Giramundo est sorti en 2013 à la salle Baden Powell, à Rio de Janeiro.
En 2015, Wanderson Lemos a reçu un prix du Département de la Culture de Niterói, ville métropolitaine de Rio de Janeiro, pour la création du projet social 'Caramujo musical' et pour son rôle dans ce projet. Le projet a été réalisé sur la favela Caramujo. Toujours en 2015, Wanderson Lemos a lancé le spectacle "O Couro Comes" au Théâtre Municipal de Niterói.
L'album "O Couro Come" a également reçu une pré-nomination pour le Prix de la Musique Brésilienne. En 2016, Wanderson Lemos a fait une présentation à Cidade Olímpica, un programme qui a secoué la ville avec plusieurs spectacles répartis dans tout Rio de Janeiro et qui faisait partie du programme du Comité Olympique Brésilien.
En mars 2019, Wanderson Lemos a réalisé une interview en direct sur RFI (Paris, France), parlant de la nouvelle tournée et des projets qu'il envisageait de démarrer en Europe.
Toujours en 2019, Wanderson Lemos participait à la "Fetê de La Musique", la plus grande fête musicale de France. Suite au projet América Negra, Wanderson sort le court métrage et la chanson Conceição Evaristo. Le court métrage a participé à plusieurs projections à travers le monde.
Toujours en 2023, Wanderson a été sélectionné pour la première fois pour participer au MiCBR - 2023 (Marché brésilien des industries créatives), l'événement a eu lieu à Belém do Pará.
En 2024, Wanderson présente le spectacle "América Negra" avec le soutien de la Loi Paulo Gustavo (Ministère de la Culture du Brésil, Secrétariat de la Culture de l'État de Rio de Janeiro).
Wanderson Lemos a récemment publié le clip vidéo "Versando com Paulo Lins", aussi du projet "América Negra". La production est le résultat d'un partenariat avec SESI - FIRJAN, qui a choisi le projet "América Negra" dans un avis public.
Le lancement comprendre également une performance live de la chanson et du clip, au théâtre SESI - FIRJAN, dans le centre-ville de Rio de Janeiro.
L'événement de lancement de "América Negra Vol - 01" a eu lieu plus tard, également à la Sala Eletroacústica de la Cidade das Artes, à Rio de Janeiro, en novembre dernier.
En 2025, Wanderson effectue une série de présentations du projet "América Negra Vol - 01" au Sesc à Rio de Janeiro.
